PickMeAI Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to the @pickmeai_bot Telegram bot and the PickMeAI Mini App. The experience is for entertainment purposes and available only to users who are 18+.
By launching the bot or Mini App (including the /start command) you confirm that you are 18+ and accept this Privacy Policy in full.
1. Information we store
- Your Telegram user ID and username while you use the Mini App. We do not keep your phone number.
- Gameplay stats: matches, wins/losses, Telegram Stars balance, deposits, refunds, withdrawal history, referral payouts.
- We never store the contents of your answers, only aggregate stats.
2. How we use the information
- To match you with other players, show open games, calculate skills, and settle internal balances.
- To prevent fraud, spam, multi-account abuse, and to satisfy legal requests.
- To answer support tickets submitted via @PickMeAI_support_bot.
3. Storage and retention
We keep only aggregated stats (wins, losses, deposits) so your balance stays accurate. If you request a wipe we delete session tokens and ledger entries once pending payouts are finished.
4. AI providers
We send anonymized questions and answers to OpenAI (ChatGPT 4.1 mini or similar). We never attach your Telegram username or phone number.
5. Your choices
- Stop using the bot if you disagree with this Privacy Policy.
- Contact @PickMeAI_support_bot to request data deletion. We may need up to 30 days after pending payouts are settled.
- You must be 18+ and ensure PickMeAI is legal in your jurisdiction.
6. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy at any time. The latest version is always available inside the Mini App.
